I have always had great experiences here, in purchasing as well as servicing my vehicles. Greg M. has assisted me with my last three Lincoln vehicles and it’s always a good experience. Had my vehicle in for service the end of January because “low tire pressure”sensor kept coming on. They kept the vehicle for 4 days telling me it had a valve leak that needed repaired and sealing around the “low tire pressure”sensor kept coming on. They kept the vehicle for 4 days telling me it had a valve leak that needed repaired and sealing around the rims. Fine. Vehicle comes back with tire pressure reading of 41 psi in all tires. The recommended psi for the Vehicle is 32-35 psi. Over the course of the next 4 months the tires all start leaking air again. Left rear tire all the way down to 27psi with the others slightly higher. The vehicle goes in for service AGAIN, same issue. They say it’s a leaky valve..... needs replacing again. Vehicle comes back, goes into my garage for 3 days, Go to drive it on the third day and it drives horrible like something is wrong with the rear tires. Try to check the tire pressure with the dash sensor and it has been disabled!! I drive straight to the dealership. After many attempts they are able to get the tire pressure reading to work........ the tires had been over inflated to 44psi by the dealership service department 3 days prior!! They had not replaced the leaky valve as they had said they did and it now needed to be fixed. What that had actually done when it was in for service was over inflate the tires and send it back out to me and disengaged the tire pressure sensor so I would be unaware that the tires had been dangerously overinflated. I spent over 2 hours in the dealership waiting for the vehicle to be fixed for the third time. I was leaving to drive that vehicle ( Lincoln MKC) on the Highway in 2 days with those ridiculously overinflated tires into 90 degree weather. Had I not realized ahead of time the outrageous shenanigans that went on in that service department I could have been in a horrific car accident to say the least. Ford Motor needs to be aware of this dangerous service department practice that is going on at Gordie Boucher in West Allis,Wisconsin. More
