I needed a new battery in one of my Lincolns; no problem is too small to get personalized service from Roy, Brian and Dawn. I wouldn't buy from or service my Lincolns with anyone else as Boucher is the bes is too small to get personalized service from Roy, Brian and Dawn. Had a 7am appointment for a bad tire. At 10:30 I get a call telling me it hasn’t gotten on the rack yet and might it be ok if they get to it tomorrow. I dropped the car off the night before so they would call telling me it hasn’t gotten on the rack yet and might it be ok if they get to it tomorrow. I dropped the car off the night before so they would have it for the 7am appointment, and now they are talking about the next day!!! By the time it was done about 2:20pm I had already left for work. I had to make arrangements at work so I could pick it up. All this with a 7am appointment for one tire issue. More

Excellent service department. I was in for an oil change, wipers, slow leak on a tire, and i was out in about 45 min. Plus a complimentary inspection and car wash.
