Horrible communication from the body shop and did not call us after having our vehicle for a week to tell us they didn’t have the part they needed and we could come get our vehicle. Was told that we must call us after having our vehicle for a week to tell us they didn’t have the part they needed and we could come get our vehicle. Was told that we must be doing something that this part had to be ordered again. We were without a vehicle, could not get a straight answer and this was after physically going into the dealership twice. One of the managers was very nice in trying to help us find our keys to our vehicle to take it home after someone did not leave them out for us knowing that we were going ti be picking it up. I expect a lot more from this dealership that we have used for years now. More
