After not hearing anything from,Mr. Martínez, I decided to call the service department and left a voice message for him to call me back, but that didn’t happen. I had to straight to the dealership to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle. On top of all that, one of the services that they performed on my vehicle, didn’t take care of the problem. I was at first told my mileage was too high for the courtesy pick up. I was upset as I travel 140 miles round trip daily and specifically changed to Gordie Boucher for their customer service.
