Worst used car buying experience ever. Bougjt a car online. Paid for car on a Monday. Heard nothing so contacted Wednesday. They said it was shipping that day will arrive next day.. Thursday no car no online. Paid for car on a Monday. Heard nothing so contacted Wednesday. They said it was shipping that day will arrive next day.. Thursday no car no contact.. Friday no car no contact. Messaged and was told to contact shipper. I just paid you a ton of money but yes let me do your job. shipper won't bring car till following Monday. I decided to cancel purchase. Dealer left me hanging. They scramble to make sale. And offer me 500 bucks, refund of my shipping and have a guy drive it to me. I decline and want to cancel. They up offer to 1500 and refund of shipping. I accept and wait for my car. It comes Saturday night.. Now I bought this sight unseen. I trusted them to inform me of defects. I searched for a cpo that goes through inspections and so forth. I asked outright. You look for damage,, stuff not listed on the car fax. You inform me of defects right.. oh yea they said.. I expected a pretty new looking car.. They missed the huge plain white paint spot on the rear bumper of my pearl white car. It was scraped and covered with plain paint.. Huge eyesore stands out like a sore thumb. They missed the huge scrape along the bottom edge on the passenger side. They missed some interior damage. When contacted about it they just said oh we must have missed it. Nothing more. No let's get this fixed. Nothing. Avoid this place if your buying online. Service sucked, the cpo program inspection they do is a joke. The sales man never contacted me about anything. I always was chasing to buy my car. Over all worst experience at a dealer. More
