I was walking around looking at the used vehicles when Brian came out to see if he could help. He is friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, we took a test drive. I have never been in a car dealership with such a laid back, yet professional attitude. Everyone I talked to was respectful and kind. ( my car was stolen and totaled) There was no pressure. All my questions were answered with no eye rolls or snickers. I have a few friends who also bought cars from Boucher out in Waukesha. And their experience was much like mine. My service manager John Williams was absolutely terrific the way he took care of everything. The only drawback was all the grease on the inside of my windshield around the tag for my next oil change which s the way he took care of everything.
