Greg made the car buying process simple. Fair value on the trade, and not a lot of gimmicks as far as add-on's and last minute pressure. Greg did his research on the vehicle (it was an electric they hadn't had before), and walked me through everything. Greg was very nice to my whole family and kept everything quick and professional. I like that the credit app was online so I didn't have to wait hours at the dealership either. When I got there, I just filled out the paperwork and drove off in the new vehicle. Overall a laid back car buying experience. Thanks! More

After not hearing anything from,Mr. Martínez, I decided to call the service department and left a voice message for him to call me back, but that didn’t happen. I had to straight to the dealership to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle. On top of all that, one of the services that they performed on my vehicle, didn’t take care of the problem.
