Worst dealership ever. I will never spend another penny at a boucher dealership ever again in my life! Sell you a truck with issues, 3 days after ownership the rear axle le I will never spend another penny at a boucher dealership ever again in my life! Sell you a truck with issues, 3 days after ownership the rear axle leaks, and they want you to wait 30 days for the “warranty” to kick in. Had to fight to get that fixed. And then, the motor starts having phaser issues. They give you a warranty, but make you wait almost 2 months to even diagnose it. Biggest crooks I’ve ever dealt with. They boucher network could have the exact truck I want, for the right price, and I would gladly go pay extra at another dealership just to not ever deal with the horrible service of these dealerships. Get your act together boucher, everyone else is making you look bad. Btw, fire dawn at the west allis Lincoln dealership, she is one of the worst service writers I’ve ever dealt with. She flat out lied to ford about when my truck was gonna be looked at. She told ford it would be the week after they talked the tech would get to look at it, and a few days prior I was told “well idk when we will get to look at it as we are already very backed up with vehicles so you’ll have to be patient”. By the way, I told the dealership I want my truck back as I could no longer be without it and it would be a day or so till I could get there. They scheduled a vehicle drop off at a location I wasn’t even at without my authorization or permission to get their loaner back. I was an hour away getting something for work and had to rush back to meet with them. Never again! More
