We had a great experience at Boucher Lincoln. My husband saw the car from the lot and thought about it for several days. We went back and got help from Adam Schwarzmeier, sales rep. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the features of the car. He took his time answering all our questions - there was no rush. We didn't feel any pressure from Adam or any of the other team members. They gave us a fair trade in value for our car and put together a deal we couldn't refuse. At our first visit 9/8/2023 we met Tucker Carter, sales consultant and Mike Jensen, new vehicle sales manager. Both of these team members spent a lot of time with my wife and I answering our questions abou consultant and Mike Jensen, new vehicle sales manager. Both of these team members spent a lot of time with my wife and I answering our questions about a Lincoln SUV (a Nautilus) we were interesting in seeing and driving. Since it was late Friday afternoon we came back the next day to spend more time with the team. Both were very informative and helpful regarding our decision to purchase a vehicle). We scheduled to come back on Monday but do to the weather we postponed that visit to Thursday when we completed the paperwork sale of the Nautilus. We drove the vehicle home that evening. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this dealership. We also received a very fair offer on our trade-in Jeep Grand Cherokee. More
