I brought my vehicle in regarding a check engine light the first time I came the original service person I dealt with made me wait 45 minutes just to schedule an appointment she avoided me like the plague the first time I came the original service person I dealt with made me wait 45 minutes just to schedule an appointment she avoided me like the plague then I finally came in on a different day and requested not to work with her so Randi came out took my information show me a form that said with taxes it would be $190 to get the vehicle diagnosed which I paid didn't hear anything from her for hours finally came in to pick up my vehicle she avoided me the entire time she wouldn't talk to me she wouldn't answer my question the cashier had my keys I paid the cashier after arguing about the extra fees that I was not aware of very disappointed in my service rep the cashier gave me my keys and told me to go look for my car out back they treated me very different from the other customers whom they brought their vehicles to the front thank them for their service but did not do me the same way I had to ask for the manager to tell me where my car was which to me made me feel disrespected and also I felt they did it because of my race I decided would never ever return to Gordy no matter what for service in the future ever again or recommend them to anyone of color.No customers should be treated the way I was. More
