Great service I was very satisfied with my experience with Dawn Kelly and Boucher Lincoln. I was a little disappointed with not getting time of service updates while waiting for my vehicle. Very good usually & only complaint this time was because of construction, that I wasn't warned of, the service lounge was cold because staff was using outside door right in lounge area. Rob was excellent to work with. When we arrived at the dealer lot we walked around and I found the two vehicles that interested me the most. We walked to the sales center Rob was outside and took us under his wing. He was down to earth, personable and relatable. Very accommodating. There was a scuff inside the door of our new car, he is working with the service center to get this fixed and has been very communicative during this process. Our trade in value was fairly priced, I was surprised they didn't low ball it initially! Process was very smooth! I recommend this dealership and Rob! More
