I gave Kifah very specific details about the features and colors that I wanted and about what I wanted to pay for a Certified Navigator. They're are hard to come by. Within 2 weeks time he located and had delivered the car I wanted with even more options than I expected, a year newer than I thought I could afford, and gave me a great price. They also gave a great trade in value on my "08 Navigator. This is not a pushy dealership. They are responsive and attentive but not down your throat with the car buying experience. They were wonderful to my 5 and 7 year old boys and found them extra snacks and toys and things to keep them busy and happy while my husband and I signed for and picked up our truck.
