If the Car I found, closer to home, ( IL ) would not have come along when it did, I would have made the 2 hour trip to Milwaukee and visited there business, and more than likely purchased one of their inventory. The New Lincoln MKC Is In My Driveway!! I have purchased new Fords - Ford Edges and a Ford Mustang - from Boucher Ford in Menonmonee Falls and have been extremely happy with the cars and al I have purchased new Fords - Ford Edges and a Ford Mustang - from Boucher Ford in Menonmonee Falls and have been extremely happy with the cars and all aspects of the dealership. In early 2014, I took interest with the new Lincoln MKC at the Milwaukee Auto Show. II have read a multitude of rprofessional reviews on the MKC and decided it was time to go looking. I tried one dealership - good price on the MKC but not so good on my trade - and went to Boucher Lincoln in West Allis. I generally do my "homework" and know the value of my trade. I presented the info on the MKC and equipment and I wanted and, in a short period of time, I received there offer and it was better than expected. Boucher found the car I wanted in Michigan and arranged to pick it up. My sales person Greg Miller kept me in the loop as to the progress over the time period.. Greg called me the day before thanksgiving from northern Wisconsin where he was deer hunting to let me know the MKC was on the way to the dealership that evening and asked if a Saturday morning delivery would work for me. On Saturday morning, I arrived at the dealership and met sales person Nick Loth who was working with Greg. All paper work was completed and no hidden surprises. Nick walked us through the many features on the MKC and both, Nick and Greg, said to contact them if I had any problems are needed any further assistance. The entire crew I worked with wanted me to be a happy Boucher customer and I truly am. My trest drive of the MKC was a very short test drive at my choice, but I am truly enjoying the haandling and power this little SUV has. My color is ruby red - I named the MKC "LittleRed" - with a hazelnut interior. I now have a Boucher 2013 Ford Mustang convertible and a 2015 Lincoln MKC SUv. Thanks to Greg Miller, Nick Loth, the sales manager, and entire team at Gordie Boucher Lincoln for your great assist in this purchase!!! This is, indeed, a great car. More
Wouldn't recommend it . Everything was good and I would have recommended it, and was actually planning on doing so to some friends, but not I no longer would. I worked with . We test drove a VW Passat just as it was starting to get dark (so we couldn't see every detail on the body). I did easily notice a big rust spot when you opened the driver's side door though, and they said they'd have their paint guy fix it. AJ explained the "Boucher difference" while trying to sell to us and mentioned how they had a name and reputation to protect, and many times even if a car wasn't under warranty, they'd still fix something shortly after it being sold just to maintain this good standing. A week after purchasing the Passat, I noticed a small rust spot and scrape above the back left tire. (Something I wouldn't have noticed in the dark). Having not had the other rust spot fixed yet, I called AJ and asked him if they could paint over this one too, and if he remembered a scrape. In a condescending tone, he said "I don't remember if anything was wrong with the car or not... we sell everything as is. We only agreed to fix the rust on the inside." That was it. Basically felt like hearing, "Sorry, I've already sold a car to you, therefore you're not important anymore and my whole attitude and demeanor have changed since then." Suddenly the whole "Boucher difference" wasn't so evident and I would certainly not recommend this dealer anymore. They weren't even willing to take a look at the rust or scrape. It was sold and therefore a done deal. Feeling a little screwed. More
