Excellent service Our MKZ was having trouble starting, We suspected the battery was dying and we called to make an appointment just a couple days before New Years day. Our MKZ was having trouble starting, We suspected the battery was dying and we called to make an appointment just a couple days before New Years day. Even though they were booked up, they squeezed us in, got us a new battery and cable under warranty, and got the car back to us the next day (New Years Eve). This car is our first Lincoln and I have been so impressed with the service and attention we have received from this dealership from the initial purchase to any follow-up work service work. These guys understand what service and keeping the customer happy is. More
