Service Department Excellence Called and asked for a LOF and tire rotation for a 2020 Lincoln Navigator and was told that probably couldn't get it done that day. I mentioned that I would try the Ford dealer in Oconomowoc. The Ford dealer told me two to three weeks was the best he could do. Then, out of the blue, the service department called me, offered to come pick up my vehicle, leave a loaner, and return the car that afternoon. The dealers representative promptly picked up our vehicle, left us a new Lincoln as a loaner, and returned our car after a few hours...WASHED !!! Outstanding service by Gordie Boucher. More

Looking for one car - ended up buying two! Our daughter recently was involved in an accident on a snowy Saturday which resulted in a total loss on her vehicle (thank the Lord no injuries!). We began the search - which was budget-limited and more difficult than expected - based on availability and perceived overall quality of vehicles in our market area.. We located a 2011 Lincoln MKZ at Gordie Boucher's - I inquired online and connected with Max. On the initial phone call Max was very helpful offering details and answering my questions. As the progress moved on my daughter decided she wanted a newer car so we thanked Max and were ready to move on. Max asked a few more questions regarding preferences and I also gave him the budget boundaries we had to work with - based on that, he thought "we" could "get close" on a 2015 MKZ. We made the trip (22 miles) to see the car - letting Max know we were on the way... When we arrived he had the car inside (warm & dry) and proceeded to go over the details and ask my daughter about her needs and use. We ended up getting to the numbers part of the deal, and with the support of Max's management team came in $537 over budget. She bought the car. While I was there "helping" I noticed a 2016 CPO MKZ - but I wasn't thinking about trading. When we picked up the car for my daughter Max asked if I wanted to see the car - I put some parameters around what a deal would look like for us and, again, came within $200 of our number. We now drive the 2016 MKZ. As a family we were treated well throughout the transactions - by Max - and also the on-site staff of Gordie Boucher Lincoln. The attitude was always positive, no ambiguities, no surprises... we're satisfied with the cars, happy with the deals and recommend Max & Boucher Lincoln as a place to shop for a vehicle. More
