With the Ford incentives for the Memorial Day 2012 weekend, I decided to price a 2012 Edge Limited with AWD. With no pressure at all, General Manager Jeff Samp quickly provided a price better than I weekend, I decided to price a 2012 Edge Limited with AWD. Finance person Kris Alter was extremely thorough explaining all options and incentives on the financing and offered other available services with no pressure to purchase. Kris completed all paperwork including the required Wisconsin registration and plate transfer and was very personable. Salesperson Joe Jubron spent a great deal of time explaining the SYNC, MyFord Touch, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring system, navigation system and other features. It was obvious that Joe was going to spend as much time as needed to satisfy me and even connected my IPhhone. I have never owned a vehicle with so many fancy features and drove away knowing how they all worked! After doing research on the 2012 Ford Fusion. I knew exactly which dealer and sales person I wanted to work with. His sales etiquette was excellent,he's very personable and after explaining exactly what we wanted in our Explorer we walked out of Gordie Boucher with a new Explorer and a repeat customer because I just purchased my 2012 Fusion from the same person. Again, I must say I am pleased with the all around expierience from priceing,knowledge of the car and the fact that when I called Paul again he remembered us and told me he had the perfect car in mind for me.
