Service is good but The work they do seems to be good but the demeanor and lack of people skills of Robert turns me off a bit. When there was an unexpected fix discovered The work they do seems to be good but the demeanor and lack of people skills of Robert turns me off a bit. When there was an unexpected fix discovered in a previous appointment, all Robert provided was the tech jargon and a lack of empathy for the extra several hundred dollars I was now supposed to fork over. I saw him do it that same day to another couple that was sitting there too and they were also upset at the lack of explanation of the need and empathy for our new found bill. Not to mention I had to call in a couple weeks later after my initial appointment to see when my next appointment was Robert had forgotten to call me back. More
