I don't even know if he tried to get me a red front wheel drive Escape, but I settled for what he offered. He was lots of fun to work with, but I felt just a little disappointed. Something I've noticed since I started driving the car is that some of the features that were on the front wheel car I originally wanted are not on this car (at least I can't find them). I was interested in heated rear view mirrors and the cross traffic and pre-collision sensors. When the switch was made, I didn't realize that I would be losing those features. More

Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed the navigation system failed to connect with the GPS which showed my car in an outer lining city then continued to go north when I was heading south! Once I arrive at home, I became concerned, restart the vehicle and the location fixes on San Antonio. I cannot connect to any apps and the 3G service is not working as well. I bring vehicle to the local Dodge Dealership and they explain to me that fluids were not flushed and were surprised that simple maintenance were not completed for a used car sale. After paying 516 dollars on items they suggested, they notified me that Spark Plugs needed replacing ($320.00), 4x4 or AWD system needed service ($375.00), Navigation updates x4 ($25.00 ea), Replacement of Navigation System ($900.00) and the best of all, Steering Gears leaking ($2100.00). This is over $4,300.00 in maintenance within the first 72 hours. FYI, I asked for proof that reconditioning was done to the vehicle prior to the sale and a maintenance sheet was provided. I can understand some items may have been overlooked but a steering unit confuses me. Navigation portion seems "shady." Basic maintenance prior to a sale, I don't know? Either way, I am disgusted that I chose to do business with this dealership, especially when I am a service member who was about to leave for months on a training exercise, that now does not have the piece of mind I was trying to create by doing business with this dealer. I don't know if there is anything that can be done to make this wrong a right, however I am just disappointed at the sales tactics used that has placed more of a financial burden on myself and my family! I will place an accurate review on the provided sites to ensure transparency! More

I was contacted 5 minutes after my inquiry by Emil English after I inquired about a vehicle in their inventory on line. I was really impresses with Emil's efficient manner in getting everything done so quickly. He even came in on his day off to complete the sale. The entire experience at Gordie Boucher in Menonomee Falls was fabulous and I now own a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport and absolutely LOVE it! I would definitely recommend everyone to go there if you are serious about about purchasing a vehicle. More
I'll call you right back I reached out to Boucher Nissan and spoke to a salesperson who after some research and discussion referred me to Tony (Anthony) at Boucher Ford. We s I reached out to Boucher Nissan and spoke to a salesperson who after some research and discussion referred me to Tony (Anthony) at Boucher Ford. We spoke that night after I got off work and Tony told me "you will be the first person I'll call in the morning." I waited until 11:00AM and decided to call him. Of course his cell voicemail was full and he did not have a mailbox at the dealership. I received a text shortly after from his cellphone asking me for the VIN on my trade and what Ford I was looking at. I stupidly continued the text message conversation. I told him I did not select a Ford from Boucher. After I texted him the info for my trade-in he did not even return my text. I then texted "am I gonna get a call" to which he replied he would call me in 10 minutes. An hour and 30 minutes later he finally calls me. Takes down what I am looking for then tells me he will call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours and 30 minutes later I leave work and have to call him. He actually picks up and tries to sell me a truck $6K more than what I am about to pick up (same model). I told him that I have an offer $6k less than what he is trying to sell me. He looks up the dealership and supposedly finds the truck then tells me he is going to call me back in 5 minutes. He never calls of course. One hour later he pulls my credit at 4 banks. He was supposed to wait to run my credit. I call the dealership and speak to Tim (sales manager) and direct him to stop pulling my credit and that I do not want any further contact from Tony. Tim assured me he will go into his financing office and stop my credit from getting run and let Tony know. Less than 3 minutes later Tony texts me and says that he is sorry he couldn't help and then tells me my credit was declined which I was already approved at my bank. It seemed like a last jab because I reported my concerns to his sales manager. I will never shop at a Boucher dealer ever. I would recommend the same. More
