Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. I visited dealership to look at the vehicle and was met by sales staff Joe Jubran. He welcomed me and made the process of reviewing the vehicle and eventually taking it overnight for a test drive effortless. No pressure. I did eventually purchased this vehicle and felt the price I received as very fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next auto or truck. More

Right off the bat, I felt welcome and knew these guys were straight shooters. I did not feel as though someone was trying to pull something over on me, which I felt at other dealerships. I leased a new Ford Explorer six years ago and there wasn't a question in my mind where I was getting my next vehicle. I just turned my Explorer in and I leased a new Ford Expedition. I will never go to another dealership, as long as the staff continues to treat their customers with respect. Kudos to all! More
Absolutely HANDS DOWN the worst experience I've ever had a dealership! After 7 repairs in a few months, the dealer said they had my front end fixed. After using the truck's 4 wheel drive for the first t had a dealership! After 7 repairs in a few months, the dealer said they had my front end fixed. After using the truck's 4 wheel drive for the first time - my ENTIRE WHEEL assembly fell off the truck and the service department refused to cover any repairs! The service manager Mike Schultz compulsively LIES and makes constant excuses for the multiple visits, lost parts, damage to the vehicle, etc. Some other issues with this dealership; They damaged my hood and front of the truck - then tried to cover it up with a dab of touch up paint. The actual repairs needed to fix this cost over $600! They made up excuses as to how this happened and to why they 'touched it up' The mechanic FORGOT to tighten the bolts on my driveshaft causing the entire shaft to FALL OFF the truck while driving. I'm lucky I was not injured or didn't cause an accident. Complete lack of quality control. 4 TIMES - they lost wheel covers after doing repair work on the wheels. How hard is it to make sure they are properly snapped on? Multiple repairs for the same issue - it takes a minimum of 3 visits to get any repair done - again the service manager makes nothing but excuses! There are plenty of good honest dealerships out there - PLEASE AVOID GORDIE BOUCHER!!! More

Searching for a car can be stressful, espcially for teenage drivers. The entire process was smooth, everyone was so friendly and trustworthy we really felt as though they wanted our kids to be safe dr teenage drivers. In fact we left with a Ford Escape which was initially not even on our radar. Our boys were thrilled with the purchase and we feel 100% comfortable with our decision. The staff are liars and do not honor the prices they print. We even called the dealer before driving 25 miles to buy the truck. We asked if they would still honor the expired news paper article and the print. We even called the dealer before driving 25 miles to buy the truck. We then had another person call and they got the same information. When we got to the dealer they said it was a misprint and that was for a different truck. DUH!!! We knew that, that is why we asked if you would honor the price on the truck YOU advertised. In the end they tried getting us into a truck that we did not go there for. I even expressed to the dealer that I did not want to waste mine or theirs time. They still lied even though they knew it was not correct. In the end we ended up buying from another dealer for much better price and service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More
Morally bankrupt is the only way to describe this dealership. In April I purchased a new 2013 f-150 from them. I have an email string with my salesman accepting my detailed offer and asking when I would like to pick it up. In my offer i listed what I was willing to pay plus tax, title and license. No other fees. Of course, when I arrived, the deal had changed. I pointed out that we had a deal. (It was very similar to the scene in the movie Fargo). They did not care. There was no way they could possibly waive the documentation fee. This is pure crap. The second I threatened to give them "1" on the Ford survey they could not negotiate fast enough. I turned down the refund of my doc fee and in the end gave them the "10" that they begged for because I did not want to see my salesman punished. That changed today. I was told during the sales process that the F-150 with Ecoboost received free oil changes and tire rotations every 7500 miles from Ford. I was assured that I could have the service performed at any Ford dealer. I called to schedule my first oil change today. You guessed it, they have never heard of this program from Ford. Lessons learned 1. If a gordie Boucher salesman is talking, he is lying. His manager is ten times worse. 2. Use the survey as a negotiation point. If they want a 10, make them earn it. More

It's the second time in eight years that I've bought a new car at Gordie Boucher after really shopping around. It IS an "award-winning dealership" and I highly recommend them.
