Disappointing I had an appointment for an oil change. I also had a problem with the collision warning system indicating the possibility of a frontal collision. A few weeks ago I was driving and it was snowing. I saw a message on the display indicating the collision sensor was not working. I had the vehicle washed a few days later and assumed everything was OK Unfortunately, I had a close call while driving and the sensor did not work. I also indicated I wanted to disable the rain sensor, since this is very irritating, in addition I wanted to also disable the high beans going on. I was given a ride home and picked up.. When I arrived at the dealership I was told there was no frontal collision warning sensor. I was also told the wipers and bright lights could not be disabled. I was about to bring out the DAD voice to express my displeasure. However, since this is a new year I did not say anything. I understand the problem is mine since I was accustomed to customer service meaning something. The service writer may have started out as a technician and worked their way to service writer. They also had the ability to listen and understand what I was trying to explain. However it appears the service writer has to be easy on the eyes and the ability to type. I noticed in the display that the oil had been reset. I started to play around and wow I disabled both the wipers and the bright lights. Now all I have to do is find a Ford dealer that will fix the front sensor. More

Oil change I was there on Jan. 9th 2020 to have a oil change, tire rotation and a multi point inspection done. I was told they did the oil change they told fro I was there on Jan. 9th 2020 to have a oil change, tire rotation and a multi point inspection done. I was told they did the oil change they told front tires were worn out (2/32 left and 3/32 right) and they said the brakes are good. But when I got home I rechecked the tread and found out the left and right front were at 4/32. They never took the tires off to check the brakes and I had to use a sledgehammer to remove all four tires. Plus they told me the back tires are at 4/32 but I checked them and they are at just under 6/32. They never rotated the tire on the last oil change either. If it wasn't for having free oil changes that I got when I bought my 2015 Ford escape from them I would not even go there. I stopped taking my daughter's 2016 Ford Escape there since they did the same thing to her Escape and we had to replace the tires 10,000 miles early. I talked to them about it with them only apologizing. Also the Inspections that I have had done there in the last year have the tire tread depth all over the chart. More
