Over all always a good experience at Gordie Boucher Ford Menomonee Falls. I needed shocks and asked to get the car in right away and Bree did a great job getting things rolling. Was greeted by several friendly service personnel. Very helpful. Fixed engine light problem on F350. Urea sensor needed reprogramming. Took about an hour. There was no charge and I was on my way. Jeff Schwister was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't high pressure and brought in two used cars from other Boucher dealerships to find what was right for us. Great Job by Larry who did the front brakes, battery replacement and the muffler on our Ford Focus. Our car runs like new. With the great Ford rebates and super trade-in value on my 2017 Ford Edge Sport, it was time to trade for a new 2020 Ford Edge ST! My journey started with my dealership, Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee F my 2017 Ford Edge Sport, it was time to trade for a new 2020 Ford Edge ST! My journey started with my dealership, Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls, and my sales team, Jeff Samp and Joe Jubran. My color choice was Ford's Performance Blue, with all the bells and whistles. My team had to locate the new Edge ST from another dealership and several days later in mid September, I picked it up at the dealership, Tom Sipin assisted me in the purchase of a bug deflector and had it installed as I waited. i have been purchasing new Ford's at his dealership and have always received the best customer service from Jeff Samp and Joe Jubran and this purchase was no different.
