Nothing more than an oil change.. I took my Pathfinder in for an oil change... none of the inspection form was filled out. I have 4 lights on my dash right now, NONE of them were addr I took my Pathfinder in for an oil change... none of the inspection form was filled out. I have 4 lights on my dash right now, NONE of them were addressed with me to try and correct, one being an ABS light. Extremely disappointed with the service department. More

Recall I received a letter from Ford notifying me of a recall for the F150. It was not serious so I didn't act on it immediately. Shortly thereafter, I recei I received a letter from Ford notifying me of a recall for the F150. It was not serious so I didn't act on it immediately. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Bouche Menomonee Falls to schedule the work. I dropped it off at the scheduled time and went home. I got a call telling me the work was completed sooner than I expected. This all occurred during the covid-19 advisory. I had to approve the work by signing with my finger on a electronic device. They did have sanitizer immediately available but I prefer not to have had to do that. Secondly, the truck was supposed to be washed after the work was completed. It was not. The attendant offered to run it through while I waited but I chose not to. Minor issues but they made the experience less than perfect. More

I told him why I came in ,The service writer approached me ,and said Dominic we are are ready for you.within 45min. she came back explained what they had done ,and I was on my way.In the meantime I had access to cold or hot beverages, snacks and so on .I would recommend this dealer to anyone I know.
