Dead Battery on Escape Dealer responded immediately. Installed new battery and charged 20 bucks. Requires removing air intake housing and all. My car had just over 100K miles on it and I needed to ensure I could use it for another 100K. I called and talked with Mercedes and she helped me with answering any questions I had. I spent ~$2500 on var ensure I could use it for another 100K. I called and talked with Mercedes and she helped me with answering any questions I had. I spent ~$2500 on various items (tires, suspension, battery, etc) and she was very informative on why I needed things thing replaced. She also spent her lunch cleaning my car! Oil change - 15 minutes, possibly. Tire rotation, 15 minutes - NASCAR can do it in less than 5. Car wash - 5 minutes anywhere. So, why does it take more than 1 hour ?!!?
