Great service Initially thought I would need new tires and maybe brake pads. Service dept lady measured tires and found they were still good. They could have easily sold me new tires when they weren’t needed. Brakes were still OK too. I did need a new battery, but overall the cost was way less than expected. They drove me home & picked me up while working on car. More

25 minutes late, washed everything in rear thru car wash I showed up 10 minutes early for my 4pm appointment and was told they were on time and went to the lounge. Had beverages and snacks, 4:15 my truck was I showed up 10 minutes early for my 4pm appointment and was told they were on time and went to the lounge. Had beverages and snacks, 4:15 my truck was still sitting in the service bay. I wasn’t in a hurry but was heading north when I was finished. About 4:25 they pulled my truck in. Took about 45 minutes for oil change and rotation. The advisor came in gave me the bill and said everything was good and he was pulling it around. Walked outside to find my truck dripping from a car wash. Normally that’s what I would expect but I had the back filled up with gear to go hunting up north. My heater, suitcase, totes with gear. Needless to say I was pissed. I talked to a manager and he apologized but the damage was done. I spent most of the night drying stuff out when I reached my destination not what I was hoping to due. More

Frustrated that fluids weren't filled and hood was damaged When I got the "Works" package, it was supposed to include the topping off of all my fluids but my radiator fluid which was low was not topped off. M When I got the "Works" package, it was supposed to include the topping off of all my fluids but my radiator fluid which was low was not topped off. My hood hatch was also broken. A light was on when I left the dealership which the mechanic should have noticed. He didn't and I found that the hood wouldn't lock anymore when I got to work and saw that the hood was popping open. I needed to have a friend, who is a mechanic, help get it to lock and repair it. He also showed me that they hadn't filled the radiator fluid which he kindly did. I am left feeling a little frustrated. More
