Honesty with My Escape With the last oil change prior to my visit yesterday I was told that my back brakes needed attention. I took it in and was given an estimate of aroun With the last oil change prior to my visit yesterday I was told that my back brakes needed attention. I took it in and was given an estimate of around $400.00. Robert called me to let me know that there was nothing wrong with the brake system. I so appreciate the honesty. He said 'I will never tell you need something done that wasn't necessary and I will not ignore something that is.' which exactly what I want. I truly believe honesty will always win customers. They seem to be to busy for thorough service repairs. I had a blown injector on my 2011 diesel with 61,000 miles on it. Rusted injector hold down I was told. They repaired it but did not bother to inspect I had a blown injector on my 2011 diesel with 61,000 miles on it. Rusted injector hold down I was told. They repaired it but did not bother to inspect the engine. Two weeks later I had a blown injector due to rusted hold down on other side of engine. I was stranded pulling a trailer and had to have the truck flat bedded in. My business truck sat for 10 days before they even looked at it. All service was always done at Boucher, but I have now gone to another dealer.. HOW MUCH MONEY DID I LOOSE??? More
