Truck Fixed- Dont understand what was wrong With having bought my first vehicle in 19 years a used 2016 F150 XLT which i love. I was concerned when the yellow engine light went on. I hadnt even made a 2nd payment on the truck, Due to cold weather, the service area was a zoo- i must admit that. When it was my turn ( the wait wasn't bad ) i was disappointed but i guess not surprised they would have to weight until the next day for it to be worked on. No complimentary cars so i had to settle for a ride home. I was a bit put off by the lack of support from the team present. The next day i waited all day for a call with a status update. Absolutely nothing. I finally called late in the afternoon to find it was done but why no call. I picked it up and no courtesy wash, no interior vaccum ( not that it needed it) but the worst thing is no explanation to what happened. I got the scientific description of something broke in the manifold. So now i wonder do i have a lemon and follow up is this crappy review.
