Sales were great Took my car in ( one of three I purchased in the last three years) and they left off all the bolts on both guards underneath the car. I noticed them While I was getting gas .the f purchased in the last three years) and they left off all the bolts on both guards underneath the car. Bradford my contact was super polite and kept me informed of what was going on when he was aware of issues. This review in no way is a statement on him. However, I scheduled my 7:30 AM 8/25 appointment 9 day of what was going on when he was aware of issues. This review in no way is a statement on him. However, I scheduled my 7:30 AM 8/25 appointment 9 days prior and left my vehicle overnight in order to get worked on early. When I called Bradford at 4:45 PM on 8/25 to get a status, he informed me the tech had already left for the day and he'd have to get back to me the next day. By noon the next day the vehicle was completed. A day and a half to install an audio module that was physically in the dealership since 8/22 seems excessive. More
