The service on my vehicle was performed without any issue. The issue I have is that when I checked in I was asked if I have the Ford Pass Rewards, I said yes. NOTHING else was mentioned regarding using issue. The issue I have is that when I checked in I was asked if I have the Ford Pass Rewards, I said yes. NOTHING else was mentioned regarding using my accumulated points to pay for my services. The comment “ would you like to use your reward points for this visit” should have been asked. It was not. When the girl who checked me in brought me my paperwork for the work that was done she told me where my bronco was and that it was finished. I asked for the receipt so I could pay and that is when she told me she used my points. I told her I was saving those. Her comment was well you’ll have more oil changes to build up more points. Not happy. So explain to me how 15,398 points can be used without consent. And I only earned 729 points for the services performed. That means at the minimum I would have to have 21 oil changes and tire rotations to make up for the points she used without asking me. Had she asked me I would have said no because I am saving them. I was happy with my service not her and I wonder how many other people this has happened to because she didn’t appear to realize what she did was wrong. I should have told her to cancel out her transaction and that I was going to pay for it but I just left because I couldn’t believe it happened. More
