I'm really disappointed with the service I received. They had my truck all day. I took it in for a oil change, tire rotation, and still having problems with it clunking when it shifts sometimes. They said th had my truck all day. I took it in for a oil change, tire rotation, and still having problems with it clunking when it shifts sometimes. They said they test drove it a few times and didn't notice anything. When I got it back, they had only put 11 miles on it. When Mike brought my vehicle to me , I said " I don't know how they could have tested it with only putting 8 miles on it". He said I guess that's all the time the mechanic needed to test it!!!! Still has the hard shifting. The last time they took it out was because I had them reset the personal memory . So I could have it relearn me. So that made a total of 11 miles. The last time it was there they updated the computer and it just changed the way it shifted and now still shifts hard. More

Issue with door latch on my Ford Edge Brought my vehicle in because my driver’s door latch was faulty and caused my dashboard lights saying the door was ajar coming on during operation. Also this caused my interior lights being on and my doors not locking. Bradford Titone wrote up my vehicle, checked to see if this part was covered under my e tended warranty. Before any work was done Bradford phoned explaining what needed to be done, what the costs to me were and asked for my approval to proceed with the work. My vehicle was ready the next day and is working perfectly. My salesman, Wade Johnson checked in with me before leaving the dealership to check if I was satisfied with the work. Tremendous job everyone involved. More

Excellent Service I had an issue with the electric vacuum pump on the brakes and they advised me that the parts and labor was still under warranty.
