I would put five stars I just don’t get the whole point of making an appointment and they don’t put you in at the time that your appointment is other than that when they did get the car back to fix the win of making an appointment and they don’t put you in at the time that your appointment is other than that when they did get the car back to fix the window it was pretty quick I would say at least an hour but my appointment was at 8:30 in the morning and they didn’t get the car in the back until 3:30-ish I would say but overall I was very satisfied thank you Danny More

This was a weird one. They recommended a 15,000 mile fuel filter change for my Powerstroke. Ok, cool. Then we find that they don’t have the part in stock, so we need to reschedule. No problem. Next visit a w filter change for my Powerstroke. Ok, cool. Then we find that they don’t have the part in stock, so we need to reschedule. No problem. Next visit a week later, after a 1/2 hour in the waiting room I’m told that they ordered the wrong parts and they will have to get aftermarket filters delivered in another 1/2 hour. Ok, fine, let’s do this. So I get the truck back after 2.5 hours and it reeks of diesel and is a really hard start. In the end, the tech basically didn’t clean up after himself with the fuel spill, nor did he purge the fuel lines of air. Simple fixes and really no big deal... except that THEY BLAMED ME FOR THE MISTAKES, “Because you were in a hurry”. Really? 4 hours of my time, spread over 2 different visits, for a simple fuel filter that wasn’t even ordered correctly, you leave my truck smelling like fuel and starting hard... and you blame me for it?? Wow, just wow. Seems like no matter what, you always take your chances. More
