I had the an oil change, emissions test and tire rotation on my Ford yesterday and showed up on time for my appointment. I told them I would wait and was told it would take about one hour (a little surprising with an appointment for normal maintenance, but I was getting a few things done so was okay with it). About 2 hours later the service person came through for someone else and told me they were just giving my car a wash. 30 minutes after that we finally checked out. It was 2 1/2 hours almost to the minute - I know because I was late for another appointment. To confirm - I had no unexpected issues with the car - just the normal service. The only thing that made it slightly better was that I could see others in the waiting room were just as frustrated as I was. At the end, no big apology, no major concern about my long wait - just a thanks for being patient and send me on my way. My normal maintenance shop is merlin - just down the road - and I am going back there from now on. 19.99 for an oil change and I can often drop in and be done in under 30 minutes. Better and faster service for a better price just a minute down the road. More

Wade was our salesman, and he was easy-going, friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured. We had been a little confused about the pricing of the car that we had seen online, but Wade explained it and and helpful. We never felt pressured. The manager, Grant, was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions about financing, etc. The car wasn't ready for us to drive home right away, so Wade actually drove it 50 minutes to our house later that day. I have recently retired after 20 years active duty in the Navy. I owned a 2000 ford Expedition XLT, and I wanted to to treat myself to a new retirement vehicle. Naturally, it was going to be a Ford. I even looked into the 2013 Cadillac Escalade, but it just didn't do it for me. the 2013 Expedition just blew me away. the interior has been remodeled so extensively that it makes my 2000 like like a storage closet. the vehicle sold itself! My experience with my Salesman Mr. Bob Powers was nothing short of amazing, I like a straight-shooter with no-nonsense talk. we quickly built a working relationship that was based on me getting the exact vehicle that I wanted at the best possible price. He did everything in his power to ensure that I received every possible rebate, incentive, and discount that was allowable. Because the Boucher ford team was so knowledgeable in the art of getting the biggest bang for your buck, I am now the proud owner of an Expedition that has all the bells and whistles! There is no reason for me to say anything short of Bravo to the Boucher Team. My Price was fair, my options are extensive, my vehicle is gorgeous and my loyalty is now quality job one! If you are in the market Ford a new ford vehicle, I strongly suggest that you give the Kenosha Team a try. They do work hard to make it happen for you. More
As they advertise, they agreed to buy my vehicle outright. The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $3000, then the sales manager agreed to it. The salesperson Steve then agreed to it via email. I went in to sell the vehicle and after at least 30 minutes of paperwork the finance manager came out and said no deal, do to a miscommunication on the part of the salesperson, and that they did not want to pay me $3000 for my vehicle. They still tried to sell me a car, though. I pointed out that this was not a miscommunication, it was reneging on a deal and deceptive and bait and switch. More
