I call them about it but they would not call me back I don't think that's right They didn't finish the set up I was told the manager would call me be he didn't that was a couple weeks ago I now have the names of the 2 service Advisors who took care of my car they are 1354 Danny Rivera first he toll me the car was ready with the new battery . when I started the car the dash lite came on telling me too replace the battery. I made 4 more stops before I got home. every time I either shut the car of or started it the dash lite came on and too replace the battery. I call the ford they said too bring it back the next day they would check it out The 2 nd Advisor was 1286 Michael L Yager he found out the set up for the battery was not complied and finished right. and the first time they never ask me too bring the two sets of keys in too be check out. after it was done they bill me for a elec check up of $136.00 I don't think I should have too pay because the work was not finished the first time right. They said the service manager wood call me . After a couple of days I call him the telephone said he was on another line or away from his desk leave a # and he would call me back too this day I have never heard from him or anyone at the garage. .
