I gave the service department 2 stars. My vehicle was brought in due to the rear window needed to be replaced. When I picked up my vehicle, the button for the hatchback did not work. It did work when I b brought in due to the rear window needed to be replaced. When I picked up my vehicle, the button for the hatchback did not work. It did work when I brought it in. The insidecover to the hatchback wasn’t even put on correctly. Now they had to put it on correctly. Now the rear defogger didn’t work. Now I’m pissed. I made the appointment and dropped it off on a Friday so it can be looked at on Saturday. Received a call from Service Tuesday and was told that the company hasn’t even came out to look at the window. Very poor customer service. This is Unacceptable for a Ford Dealership. Even though I do have a rental, it is not the same. Contacted Management and was told they dropped the ball. Hopefully this won’t happen again, especially to someone else. More
Brought both my vehicles in for new tires. The first visit took 4.5 hours complete as they had issues taking the tires off. (?) I brought my car in on October 30th for an oil change. While I was getting the oil changed I talked to Michael about getting tires. I asked about the $70 mail-in rebate on tires, and then when you use you While I was getting the oil changed I talked to Michael about getting tires. I asked about the $70 mail-in rebate on tires, and then when you use your Ford credit card if you get an additional $70 mail-in rebate. Michael made it seem like that deal was going on top of tires were $1 over cost and I went with his suggestion on the Kelly tires. There was no deal going on with Kelly tires for mail-in rebates. So, no mail-in rebate offers occurred. So I lost out on that. Upon my oil change, Michael suggested that I needed new brakes. I agreed to get a brake job done when Michael said that the brakes job would be $399 to get my front and back done. My dad was next to me and said oh yeah that's a good deal for $399. So I went ahead and got my brakes done too. Michael kept promising "Oh you are getting the best deal" When I picked up my car, I was charged $399 for the front, and $399 for the back. The girl at the front desk had no clue about anything with pricing, or what to do. Pretty much told me to pay for it, then call back at another time. After about 1.5 weeks of talking with the dealership, I got back some credit back. But I still have not got my promised $80 check in the mail. More
