Has an appt. 3/22/2022 at 3pm for an oil change (No tire rotation or wash) . Got there on time. The people who first took care of me at first were very professional especially Angela. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour for a simple oil change I started getting somewhat frustrated. Angela was very nice understanding to me but basically it was out of her control. After waiting over hour and a half and having one gentleman come in at almost a half hour after me and getting the Works done on his Vehicle and leave well before me I was getting upset. I realize Stuff happens but it would have been appreciated if someone with authority would have come to me and talked to me about why this situation. I want to do more business with your Dealership and maybe this was a fluke but this was not a very good first impression So I will say Yes on recommending service. I do give Angela 5 stars. Met with a smile in service department, went over my scheduled maintenance. With the cost of vehicles and the care most of us give them, I like to feel as though the dealership cares about my vehicle al scheduled maintenance.
