Repair for botched oil change 3 days earlier Not sure where the service manager was, but I never heard from him. Left a voice mail. Finally got ahold of my original service writer. Worked till the job was done right Scheduled 50K mile service which included tire rotation. They had trouble getting the locking lug nuts off and were not able to complete the rotation Scheduled 50K mile service which included tire rotation. They had trouble getting the locking lug nuts off and were not able to complete the rotation at that time. They rescheduled me for the next available service slot to complete the removal of the locking lug nuts and complete the 50K mile service. I know that some might think that having to return for service might be a problem, but it pointed out a problem that I had yet to experience. If I had needed to change a tire on the road, I would not have been able to, due to the problem with the locking lug nuts. Since the locking lug nuts have been removed and the issue resolved, I can now change a tire on the road when and if needed! Thanks to the service crew at Gordie Boucher! More
