Poor Service I have purchased two new vehicles at this car dealership and due to the service department and customer service will never buy another vehicle at this I have purchased two new vehicles at this car dealership and due to the service department and customer service will never buy another vehicle at this car dealership. Examples: When scheduling appointments for recalls or repairs difficulty getting someone on the phone (numerous times have to leave messages and call back repeatedly), numerous times after scheduling appointments will get calls from service department on confusion of when my appointment for what car is with them, and work done is often done incorrectly - to the point we do not even trust them to do oil changes on our vehicles. When frequent miscommunication or mistakes are made by the service department they will not apologize or really acknowledge their mistakes. At one point my husband took in a vehicle for repair and upon picking up vehicle went to fill it with gas only to discover they did not re-hook up the gas line. Gas was spilled every where at the gas station which turned into a dangerous/urgent situation. My husband immediately drove back to the car dealership explaining what had occurred and ended up fixing the line himself right there at the service department. When my husband reached out to management to complain and inform them of the significant error that lead to safety issue he never even received a return call from management. I can go on and on with these examples. When we bought our second vehicle at the dealership and they were going to provide us free oil changes we explained our concerns with their service department and not trusting them with oil changes. Sales people acknowledge the difficulties with service department but no further discussion or resolution was discussed. When you buy a new car you have some form of expectation when it comes to customer service - this dealership has failed on this front and appears to be taking no action to rectify. I would say at the very least they might want to return customers calls (management, service department). About the only department that seems quick with responses is the sales department when you are a customer about to buy a vehicle. More

Got the sale no follow up on "we owe" Bought an SUV. Very clean, as advertised. There was a check engine light on the dash as a result of an incomplete reprogramming of the computer. (as speculated by the salesperson) Got a "we owe" as part of the deal with a promise that I would be contacted within 24 hours with the name of the part the service department was waiting for and a general ETA. I called at 48 hours and was apparently bothering the salesperson. It's been two weeks now, still have a check engine light (which stops the car from remote starting), and no call yet. More
