Gordie Boucher tried to strong arm my review... I bought a truck from Gordie Boucher (second truck throughout the years). I had trouble with the truck, while driving it would just stop running. Ta I bought a truck from Gordie Boucher (second truck throughout the years). I had trouble with the truck, while driving it would just stop running. Talked with service and sales about this problem and they said, they didn't know what the problem was. Through investigating and my local auto mechanic, (shout out to Mike's auto in Kewaskum) they knew immediately that it was the throttle body and that Ford even had a service bulletin regarding this problem, service bulletin, TSB-16-0139. After a $500 bill to replace the throttle body and the poor review I gave Boucher, they called me and asked how they can make it better......I said that you could start by reimbursing me $500 bucks for the repair. The gentleman told me that he would look into it and get back with me, which he did the following day. He told be that Boucher could not reimburse me, however, If i would change my rating on the poor review, that he would try to have Ford reimburse me my money, but I needed to change my review of Boucher first......! Talk about trying to strong arm a person, wow. I'm an easy person to deal with. Most of the people at the dealership are great, however, I have a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership now. Funny thing is, my daughter needed to by a very experience dually heavy duty truck and they had the one on their lot.......she bought one from Lentz instead in Fond Du Lac. More

Corey got us a great car at a fair price Corey was an excellent sales associate. I would recommend him highly. Not nearly enough people They need more helpful people. I stood around for 30 min before someone helped me. They jump to the absolute most expensive repair.
