Putting the customer first! I can't say enough about Boucher, and especially Angie Minor, regarding a recent saga. Long story short, I'd been having audio issues with my F150 fo I can't say enough about Boucher, and especially Angie Minor, regarding a recent saga. Long story short, I'd been having audio issues with my F150 for several months. The original prescribed fix from Ford was to replace an ACM, which was done under warranty, but didn't fix the problem, which was always suspected to be the APIM, by the tech. The issues continued, but in the meantime, i went out of warranty, and was looking at a hefty cost to replace the APIM, which was the only other solution available. Since the issues started while in warranty, and werent fixed to my satisfaction, i felt i had a good documented case to have the costs taken care of by Ford. As i suspected they would, they didnt see it that way, and wanted me to foot the entire bill. Enter Angie Minor, who listened to what i had to say, agreed that the full responsibility shouldnt be on me for a problem that wasnt addressed adequately by Ford, while under warranty. She went to bat for me, i still dont know how, and got the cost down to my $100 deductible that i would have had to pay if i were still under warranty. This saved me over $1000 in potential diagnosis, teardown, replacement and rebuild costs. She was on my side the whole time, and did me a solid. Despite being very busy, she kept me in the loop and made sure i was aware of where we were at, even as my frustration with Ford itself was mounting. She's outstanding at her job, and the kind of person i want to interact with when i come to a dealership. I never felt like i was "just a number" with her, or Boucher, like i did with Ford itself. And even though i dont know his name, shout out to the tech on my repair, as he was screaming the APIM was the problem the whole time, just couldnt get a code to pull. More

Good Experience We recently purchased a new vehicle from Gordie Boucher. We have not had a better experience in our recent vehicle purchases. I experienced great service by Santo as well as the service team, Kim, etc. A leaky tire was purchased with my used 2017 fusion sport back in November 2019. Salesman was awesome. Unfortunately they sold me a care with grooved brake rotors. Not a good look for such and low cost but important item to overlook upon inspection. From the helpful Service Writers, to the Vehicle Prep who treat your vehicle as if it were their own to be serviced, and the Service Techs who get it right the first time, I must say I have a pleasant experience every time I go there. Even Dave and Chris go above and beyond to help one with an issue with a repair or purchase of a vehicle or just a part. And the gentlemen in Parts are always busy but willing to help with answering a question about a repair or part whether its being fixed in house or your backyard.
