Each person I've run into over the course of service appointments (routine maintenance) is friendly and seemingly genuine. I mentioned possibly needing new brake pads and was told no, you're good for at least another oil change or so. Sure enough the squeak I heard was likely another vehicle but they could've nabbed me for brakes. (That would have likely happened at the IL location!) We will be vehicle hunting soon and heading to this dealership as well. Hands down, I love this place. Thank you! More
