Was happy with service. But there was a mixup up on my tire. They didn’t get my tire changed when I was there. They thought the new tire they were going to put on had a factory defect. But in fact they were looking at the wrong tire ( it was the one I had damaged hitting a pothole ) so they said they had to order a new one. So I left my car there on a Saturday and didn’t get it back till Monday. When I called on Monday they said it was a mix up and my car actually was done on Saturday after I left. They said they called my phone but I had no record on my end of receiving this call. So I was without my car from Saturday morning till about noon on Monday. More

I leased it vs. Cadillac primarily because of the "Pickup & Delivery" service offered by the dealer, which is an amazing service experience. This service call was for routine scheduled maintenance, with only one or two minor additional items that required attention of the dealer. I am slightly disappointed that one of the items was not fully addressed, even though they had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. This is the only reason I did not give them "5-stars". Otherwise, I am very impressed with this dealership--both sales AND service--and I really like the Navigator! More
