I brought my wife’s 2017 Expedition in for a recall on the blower motor for the heat and ac. I picked up the vehicle after hours after I received a call saying everything was completed and all had checked the blower motor for the heat and ac. I picked up the vehicle after hours after I received a call saying everything was completed and all had checked out fine. When I got in the car I tried to turn on the ac and the blower motor was not working. This was extremely upsetting due to I had to find a ride to your dealership to pick up my car of which was not repaired. I left the keys and a description in the drop box and the service department called me the next day around noon saying my car was done and ready to be picked up. I then arranged another ride to pick up the vehicle of which I live in Brodhead so any extra trips are an inconvenience. When I picked up the car the gentleman said that the tech said that the connection to the motor must not have been snapped in tight. If that were so how can the technician say that everything was working as it should. More
