Usually I would give a 5 but this time my appointment for theoil change was at 2:45 pm and wasn't done until 4:35pm. Then I used my ford pass points and Randy said it used up all my points. I was reluctant to shop there because past experiences at the Ford dealership wasn't great. New mazda dealership exceeded my expectations. Not pushy, kind, good information, made the process easy.
