They reacted quickly and professionally. I lost my car to a deer. I wanted another Escape like the one I had. They had one just sitting there waiting for a buyer. I was indeed happy. Disappointed in the service I received. I brought the vehicle in for a recall and mileage service. Mileage service never completed. Also, I was asked if i wanted a car wash, I agreed to it.
