I would recommend the dealership to buy a new car but not for service. I took my car in for the first time today. The service writer, Tim, was disinterested in helping me. I had made and confirmed my appo for service. I took my car in for the first time today. The service writer, Tim, was disinterested in helping me. I had made and confirmed my appointment online and he seemed put out that I had done that saying that their access to the web stuff was no good. I had questions about how the car operated (since it was new and I had not driven a Ford in 22 years) and he dismissed them with "that is normal" answers (the service tech explained why the car ran rough in the morning when it was cold but that was only after I got past Tim and the service tech and I were out trying to figure out a wind noise) I had a paint issue and Tim stated he would refer it to the Body Shop but did not bother to have an answer from them when he told me the car was ready. I had to wait while another service writer located Tim and then he had to call to ask someone how they were going to handle the paint issue. That clearly indicated to me that had I not brought it back up it would never have been handled. As I was getting ready to leave Tim was checking in an elderly lady for service. I overheard him ask her if she wanted the complimentary car wash today with her oil change. He had not bothered to ask me or even just have my car washed. He convinced me to find another dealership for service in the future. More

We had a great experience buying our new Ford Explorer, our Salesman happened to be the same one who sold us our Ford Windstar in 2002 what a nice guy Dale Karolczak he went way beyond our expectations. From start to finish his whole team worked with us. We thought we wanted one car going in and ended up with something we truely love and has evrything on it that we wanted. It had 15,000 miles on it but it's our New Beautiful Car!!!!! We loved our Windstar and did not trade it in so it cost us more than we planned for but with the numbers they helped us with, we'll be just fine. I would recomend anyone to do there shopping and then go to Gordie Boucher to buy their car. Well we still have to check out the service dept with this car, but if it is like the show room end it will be as great as they were to us. We just love this vehicle it is beatiful and comfortable. this is the 4th car i have bought from this dealer and from jeff. i send an e-mail to jeff on sunday evening to find a ford focus hatchback for me and the must have list of options. he called me monda from jeff. i send an e-mail to jeff on sunday evening to find a ford focus hatchback for me and the must have list of options. he called me monday afternoon, brought a car to my house for me to look at and from there arranged for me to come to the dealership on wed to do the paperwork and take the car home. wednesday decided on another option that the service department took care of wednesday afternoon and jeff delivered my new car to me on thursday morning. can't get any better service. i think the fact that i use the same salesperson says a lot about jeffs character over the years. oh yea, the finance deptartment worked to get me an even lower rate than my own credit union offered, which was alread great. (2.8 v. 2.9%). More
