If you are paying cold, hard, cash, I have a feeling they will do whatever you want without rushing the job. It's too bad their service department isn't nearly as easy to deal with as the sales associates. Also, their some of their employees get to pick a used car they would like to take to lunch or drive around with, and they beat the crap out of these cars. If you didn't buy a car from their dealership, their service department will really give you the runaround for warranty claims, unless you want to pay cash, of course. Very, very, very, closely inspect their used cars before you make an offer. I mean everything. More
I purchased a Ford Escape from Gordie Boucher with Dave Behling as my salesman. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of this vehicle. Recently bought a 2006 Ford F-150 from this place. Noticed a "rattle" sound coming from beneath the truck during the test-drive. The salesman said he had the mechanics check it over and it was a minor problem and said it would be taken care of the next day. Went back the next day and was told that they didn't have the parts in stock and would have to order them, and they should be here in a couple days. A week and half later they finally called. I showed up on Saturday, turns out they were going to replace the entire catalytic converter but didn't have any time to do it so I'd have to make an appointment for service. Made an appointment, dropped off the truck. The next day they called me and said the truck was fixed. I went there to pick up the truck and they couldn't find the keys or paperwork. They said the keys should be in the truck somewhere. Spent 10 minutes digging through the entire truck trying to find the keys. Finally somebody in the showroom found them laying on a stack of paperwork. Got in the truck, got half-way across the parking lot and heard the same loud rattle they said they fixed. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! More

Due to popularity of my model, price negotiations were not very flexible but the trade ins were handled fairly and the little extras added were done very timely. I really appreciated the time spent searching out other dealerships for the features-options I wanted to consider. Above all, Dave has made it perfectly clear that he is available at all times in the future to assist in continuing to make this a great car ownership experience. More

My husband had been looking for a newer truck for quite some time and finally found what he wanted at Gordie Boucher last December. We signed the paperwork for the truck but had difficulty getting the fin some time and finally found what he wanted at Gordie Boucher last December. We signed the paperwork for the truck but had difficulty getting the financing. (Times being what they are!) We went to the ASCS office for an Agricultural loan. Government being as they are it took a couple of months to get the stack of paperwork completed. In the meantime a better truck came in to the dealership that would be a better fit. One of the finance people actually called my husband to see if he would prefer the nicer truck at the same price. You bet! This is why we gave the dealership and their people such a high rating. Dave Behling was very accomodating and trustworthy. The finance officer went above and beyond in thinking of us when a better deal came along. Thank you so much. Over the years we have purchased at least 5 vehicles from this dealership and Dave is the only person we will work with. Thanks again Dave, you're the best! More
We buy a new car about every 4-5 years so I have been involved in a few purchases. The thing that I hate is the pressure that some car dealerships use to get you to buy a car. Paula Trudeau never once pressured us into any decision. We knew what we were interested in and she looked until she found exactly what we wanted.
