It felt like we were their friends. Through the entire process everyone there ensured we were happy, ensured we were getting what we wanted, and made sure any issues were dealt with immediately. Even dealing with the finance part was pleasurable! They got us a better deal than my bank! We were given top dollar for our trade in and they ensured the vehicle we bought was what we wanted. On 3/7 evening a lady called me from Ford to make an app to get a vechicle. I said ok. She asked what they needed to do to get my services. I said,"get me in a newer truck". We drove several different vehicles in the 6 months we were looking, answered all our questions with confidence and patience and even checked interent and other dealerships to help us find exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure put on us by Dave to purchase a vehicle. In September of 2011 we finally found what we were looking for. When we picked up the truck, Dave stayed well past closing time to go over how everything worked, set up bluetooth, and continued to answer more questions.
