Service advisor Elisha was very short and abrupt. I asked her to put on my work order that when my tires were rotated they would make sure no corrosion on the trims, Elisha was very short and abrupt. Instead she informed me this was my last oil change coupon that I had used them all! I have not!! I still have 1 left but she insisted it was my mistake because it is all computerized. I have news for her 1 of those was not from my coupon book. It was a by so many oil changes get 1 free from our truck that was totaled but she didn't want an explanation she informed me I was done!!!!! More

Then, I had oil changed at 2 different places, which charged more & did not provide free beverages or fruit, free WIFI, complimentary car wash or TV to watch. Our daughter had her oil changed by a different provider for 3 years, but now has also become a customer of Gordie Boucher's Service Department because of their service above & beyond others. More
