He the asked me what I was looking for and was very informational about the different options that ford had to offer. I told him what I was looking for and he said give me a second to pull this truck up so I could look at it. A Level of Honesty I thought was extinct today!!!!! I’m from New York, over 1,000 miles from Janesville Wisconsin, and recently bought a very unique used truck from the Gordie Boucher dealership. The t I’m from New York, over 1,000 miles from Janesville Wisconsin, and recently bought a very unique used truck from the Gordie Boucher dealership. The truck was a 2001 Ford F-350 - 19 years old with only 50,000 miles on the truck. The salesman Chris Farlinger had the truck put on a lift and took MANY pictures of the truck both underside, inside and outside. You need to trust who you are dealing with when you’re spending $20,000 on a 19 year old truck from 1,000 miles away. 100% straight up honest people I was dealing with, but then came the twist. AFTER I had paid in full for the truck, but before it was shipped, some relatively minor mechanical issues were discovered. After some discussion with Don Chesebro, the dealership agreed to fix the issues at their expense. Please understand the situation here, 19 year old truck, already paid for in full, getting shipped to a guy over 1,000 miles away who never has and probably never will meet anyone from this dealership. I can’t say enough good things about Don Chesebro, Chris Farlinger and Gordie Boucher Ford - simply 100% honest people that do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. My situation offered no repeat business, just a guy 1,000 miles away. I would recommend anybody do business with the dealership.
