I arrived around noon which was early because I scheduled my appointment for 1pm. Dale was at the door as I parked and welcomed me inside to his office. He the asked me what I was looking for and was very informational about the different options that ford had to offer. I told him what I was looking for and he said give me a second to pull this truck up so I could look at it. He walked me through all the features of the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Dale made the process streamlined and quick with out missing any details.
