No issues with Jeffrey. I do however have an issue with your labor rate. Took 30 minutes to do a headlight change and I was charged $200 for labor to take the bumper off. It took over an hour to do oil change and labor is 1/4 that. Taking advantage of customers is wrong. Can still make good margins without having ridiculous fees due to faulty design of having to take a bumper off to change a headlight bulb. More
