Superb Service at Goodson Acura in Dallas Texas I recently had my Acura RDX serviced at Goodson Acura in Dallas, Texas. This was my second visit to Goodson and I found my experience in dealing with Goodson staff is/was ALWAYS a excellent. Richard was the individual who assisted me when I drove into the dealership and I found him friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The Cashier(s) who assisted me when my car was ready for pick-up were also extremely friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. Goodson, in my opinion, is one of the BEST dealerships with whom I have dealt in my many years of owing a vehicle!!! More

Special Care We live out of town, so getting our 2014 MDX serviced requires some planning. Dane Uter takes great care of us when we come in. He even offers to deliver the car to us if they need to keep the car longer than planned. We have not needed that option, but it is nice to know it is available as we are two hours away. The service done is always done well, timely and we get back a nicely washed car! It is premium service as you would expect from a premium car line. More

Mark Bagnall I brought my car into the dealer for service and Johnathan Valdez assisted me. I did not have an appointment and was still offered a loaner car. I told him that I didn't need one and he said they will take care of my issue right away. I really liked how Johnathan explained what the tech saw when he evaluated my issue and gave me his contact information if I had anything further.
