Bought my Acura from another dealer..Goodson took care of me I bought my Acura from another dealer.. battery died, dead, gone.. in 8 months!!! Goodson worked with me and replaced it.. at no charge.. I had an issue but it was taken care of by Johnathan Valdez I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first t I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first time. The silver lining was Johnathan Valdez---he was my customer service guy a couple years ago and this time he again was able to get me out of my fix. He made sure I got a master technician to fix the work that wasn't done well the first time. Johnathan well above and beyond as much as he possibly could to ensure I was comfortable with the process. He is a model example for customer service everywhere. More

From the purchase of my RDX with Leonard Johnson to my first experience with the Service Department, I have been so very impressed. Leonard is just such a great guy and he never once used the 'full court press' method of car sales you see so often at other dealerships. He answered all of our millions of questions with patience and smiles. Just had my free oil change (for your 1st time only, don't want everyone thinking that that is something that comes free for the life of your car!) and 28 point inspection and enjoyed all the amenities in the customer lounge as well as very courteous customer care. When I returned I was helped with the items that needed to be transferred back to my car. While I checked out at the desk, they were organized. Calls were made and everything happened so smooth. I always felt everyone saw me as the most important person in front of them (everyone else was treated the same way, but my experience was special to me). More
