Mark Bagnall I brought my car into the dealer for service and Johnathan Valdez assisted me. I did not have an appointment and was still offered a loaner car. I told him that I didn't need one and he said they will take care of my issue right away. I really liked how Johnathan explained what the tech saw when he evaluated my issue and gave me his contact information if I had anything further. Bought my Acura from another dealer..Goodson took care of me I bought my Acura from another dealer.. battery died, dead, gone.. in 8 months!!! Goodson worked with me and replaced it.. at no charge.. I had an issue but it was taken care of by Johnathan Valdez I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first t I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first time. The silver lining was Johnathan Valdez---he was my customer service guy a couple years ago and this time he again was able to get me out of my fix. He made sure I got a master technician to fix the work that wasn't done well the first time. Johnathan well above and beyond as much as he possibly could to ensure I was comfortable with the process. He is a model example for customer service everywhere. More

Going a step further regarding clarifications, different opinions and service suggestions from a professional standpoint, Johnathan was able to arrange a meeting with the actual Mechanic who worked on my car.
