My 2012 Acura was purchased new in Colorado while living there and from This is probably the finest service on my Acura that I have ever experience. My 2012 Acura was purchased new in Colorado while living there and from the very first driving it had a hesitation when starting out slowly after starting. Took it back to the Dealer in Colorado a couple of times and they just blew it off as the way the Acura TL was designed. This continued until recently when Goodson told me that it needed an induction cleaning (33,000 miles). Wow, now the TL performs better than when new and is wonderful to drive thanks to the great Technicians at Goodson. Everything else that I have experienced at Goodson's in the last two years is absolutely GREAT!!!! More

TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY GOING TO THE DEALER So I take my 2012 Acura TL in for the recall on the airbags to be placed on the waiting list. As I was talking with the service agent, someone took my car to the back for God knows what cause all I was doing was getting on the waiting list for a new part. Later that day, I notice my car was sounding funny. The next day I was driving and my battery light comes on. So my husband takes my car to an Acura dealership in Arlington and they put it on their machine and nothing wrong came back, just needed a new battery. Purchased a battery car was fine. The next morning was leaving for work car would not start. Got my car towed back to the dealership in Arlington now they are saying my alternator went out. REALLY????? But not even 24hrs later your machines and mechanics said nothing was wrong. I am confused are you, I know thing happens but I haven't had any problems with my car until I took it to the dealership. Do you need money that bad to sabotage customers? No wonder why people rather take their cars to shade tree mechanics. I GOT MORE THAN I BARGAINED FOR!!!!! More

Service Department I recently had an issue with my 2016 MDX and took it to an Acura dealership in Houston (that is where I live) and received awful service and they coul I recently had an issue with my 2016 MDX and took it to an Acura dealership in Houston (that is where I live) and received awful service and they could not figure out what was wrong. Knowing I could trust Goodson service, I drove to Dallas and the service department figured out the issue within 2 hours. I dropped my car off in he morning and had it back by lunch! The service and the people at Goodson are great, and I would recommend Goodson Acura to anyone looking for a new car or any service done. More
