My service rep Bobby got me checked My RL is 16 years old and was need some service. I set up an appointment online and went in at the appointed time. My service rep Bobby got me checked-in quickly. He wasted no time in getting me in a loaner car and I was on my way. He kept me updated on the status of my car during the entire process. As always, Goodson delivered my car back to me cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Even though my car is 16 years old, Goodson treats me like it's brand new. Excellent Service!! Basically I was driving through a construction zone and so happened to blow out 2 of my tires. However when I got to Goodson, Dane made sure that he took extra care of me, I don't know if he saw that I frustrated or not, I mean really went the extra mile. He stayed over, even advise me of other things I needed, all while calming me down in the process. HATS OFF More
Excellent Service Experience!! I had an amazing experience with Goodson Acura last week. I took my TL in for the airbag recall. The service advisor who took my appointment was Jon I had an amazing experience with Goodson Acura last week. I took my TL in for the airbag recall. The service advisor who took my appointment was Jonathan Valdez. He was very professional and assuring that my safety was the #1 priority. He set the expectation of what I could expect from the time I dropped off my car to the completion of service. Upon arrival of my appointment, Jonathan was not available, but Richard Furtch greeted me with a smile and proactively took action to get me in and out with my Enterprise rental. Again, Richard was assuring and advised me not to worry about anything. Although this was not my first experience at Goodson, I have always appreciated the professionalism of the service advisors and the friendliness of the all of the support staff. A few months back I had to take my car to Vandergriff Acura in Arlington and vowed never again take my car to that dealership because their staff was not customer focused, poor waiting area and their overall inability to communicate effectively (I was receiving numerous calls from their marketing department and thought the calls were a scam because they did not identify themselves). Once my car was ready, I received a call from Jonathan, and was provided a verbal explanation of service and was emailed details on future service needs. Everything was broken down and prioritized and I did not walk away feeling as though I was being hustled or the dealership being shady. Both Jonathan and Richard were delightful, approachable to ask questions and did not rush me at all. My needs were met to my satisfaction. Overall, my experience was 5 stars across the board. I will continue to have my car serviced at Goodson! More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been dealing with this 'luxury' dealership for the recall repair of my 2012 RDX. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! If you do decide to take your vehicle to them, take EVERYTHING out of your car. A theft occurred while my vehicle was in their possession and they all-to-quickly pointed me to the clause on the service contract that they are not responsible for theft that occurs. Again, there are a handful of Acura dealerships in the metroplex. Have your serviced by a shadetree mechanic before you deal with Goodson. At the end of the day, your experiece is limited to the sum total of what the fine print says. NEVER GOODSON, NEVER AGAIN!!! More

My 2012 Acura was purchased new in Colorado while living there and from This is probably the finest service on my Acura that I have ever experience. My 2012 Acura was purchased new in Colorado while living there and from the very first driving it had a hesitation when starting out slowly after starting. Took it back to the Dealer in Colorado a couple of times and they just blew it off as the way the Acura TL was designed. This continued until recently when Goodson told me that it needed an induction cleaning (33,000 miles). Wow, now the TL performs better than when new and is wonderful to drive thanks to the great Technicians at Goodson. Everything else that I have experienced at Goodson's in the last two years is absolutely GREAT!!!! More
