First Class Customer Service My service advisor Richard Furcht met me when I arrived, We went over a couple of issues that I had and he gave me all the information I needed. Richard told me it would be about 45 minutes and I could wait in the lounge and get a beverage. He's one of the primary reasons we keep coming back to Goodson. We have a older Acura RL and we're at that stage where service matters. We could probably get our car serviced at a lower price, but trust matters. Dane has been a great advisor, working with us to make sure we understand what we need to repair immediately and what we can postpone. He will patiently walk us through complex repair issues so we can understand what we're paying for. I have a great respect and appreciation for all the assistance Dane has provided us over the last couple of years. More
